Rebecca O'Gorman-Trimbath, MA BCBA

PRAISE’S founder and Executive Director completed her Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. She studied under Dr. Richard Malott BCBA who has authored the text “Principles of Behavior”, and has served as the president of ‘The Association For Behavior Analysis International.’ Her graduate work gave her the opportunity to work with learners with disabilities and directly train their staff on the tools and techniques of ABA so those staff could begin to develop behavior analytical programming. Prior to establishing PRAISE Rebecca has had over 20 years of experience in working with people with disabilities, supervising programming, and developing staff. She has worked with learners with a variety of disabilities with ages ranging from 18 months to senior citizens. She presents a thoroughgoing behavior analytic approach to understand and address all concerns. Her areas of interest and specialty are: autism, disabilities, verbal behavior, and organizational behavioral management.
