Our Onboarding and Hiring Process
At Praise Behavior Services, our hiring process is designed to ensure the best fit for both our team and the individuals we serve. It begins with candidates completing the Employee Application and submitting it to us for review, with their resume. Once reviewed, selected applicants are invited to participate in an interview to further assess their qualifications and alignment with our values.
Successful candidates will then complete our Hire Package, which includes essential documentation. Following this, they will undergo Training, which involves watching a training video, participating in a debrief session to ensure comprehension, and then completing an exam. This training process takes approximately 8 hours.
Once the training is successfully completed, a decision will be made on whether the candidate is officially hired to join our team.
