Rebecca O'Gorman-Trimbath, MA BCBA
Executive Director
PRAISE’S founder and Executive Director completed her Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. She studied under Dr. Richard Malott BCBA who has authored the text “Principles of Behavior”, and has served as the president of ‘The Association For Behavior Analysis International.’ Her graduate work gave her the opportunity to work with learners with disabilities and directly train their staff on the tools and techniques of ABA so those staff could begin to develop behavior analytical programming. Prior to establishing PRAISE Rebecca has had over 20 years of experience in working with people with disabilities, supervising programming, and developing staff. She has worked with learners with a variety of disabilities with ages ranging from 18 months to senior citizens. She presents a thoroughgoing behavior analytic approach to understand and address all concerns. Her areas of interest and specialty are: autism, disabilities, verbal behavior, and organizational behavioral management.
Quinn Hildebrand, MA, BCBA, ADHD-CCSP
Clinical Director
Quinn Hildebrand is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Certified Clinical Services Provider for those with ADHD (ADHD-CCSP). She earned a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Practice with an emphasis in behavioral pharmacology from the Florida Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Child Development from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Quinn is currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Walden University.
Quinn began her professional journey in 2013 as a direct care staff in supported living settings. She joined PRAISE in 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and advanced to her current role as a Clinical Supervisor in 2022. Throughout her career, Quinn has implemented ABA therapy in various environments, including homes, group homes, schools, and day programs. She has extensive experience in conducting assessments, developing programs, overseeing behavioral treatment, and training service providers and staff in the effective implementation of behavioral strategies for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, spanning from early intervention to late adulthood.
A strong advocate for person-centered practices, Quinn ensures that care and interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and their support system. Her commitment to this approach is evident in her development of behavioral strategies that not only address clinical goals but also empower individuals by prioritizing their preferences and values within their behavior support plans.
Krista Crandall, MA, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Krista has been a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) for Praise Behavior Services for the past 10 years, and she has been in the field of ABA therapy for 13 years. Krista received her BA in sociology from UC Berkeley and her MA in Teaching and Learning with an emphasis in TESOL from NYU.
Krista worked in the field of education before she transitioned to ABA therapy. She worked as an English teacher in the Marshall Islands as well as provided reading instruction as an AmeriCorps volunteer.
When Krista is not working, she enjoys teaching her dog new tricks, crafting with her Cricut machine, and spending quality time with her family.

With nine years of dedicated service at Praise Behavior Services, I bring a wealth of experience in applied behavior analysis. I obtained my BCaBA certification in 2018 and am currently in the final year of the Florida Institute of Technology’s master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis. My professional journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set, enabling me to work effectively with individuals of various ages in both school and home settings.

Dana Koman, MA, BCBA
Clinical Supervisor
Dana Koman is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Deaf Studies and Education, Dana furthered their expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Dana specializes in working with individuals on the autism spectrum and other diagnoses.
Dana’s professional journey is marked by a strong focus on enhancing social skills for individuals on the spectrum. She has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading various social skills groups and programming, demonstrating a commitment to fostering meaningful social interactions and improving quality of life. Dana's diverse experience spans across clinic-based, school-based, and home-based settings, providing a comprehensive approach to behavior analysis and intervention.
Hilary Amado, MA, BCBA, IBA, LBA
Clinical Supervisor
Hilary Amado is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with a Behavior Analyst License (LBA) from Michigan. She graduated from Western Michigan University in 2005 and received her Master’s from Ball State University in 2020. Hilary was the lead translator of the Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS) into Brazilian Portuguese. Hilary became a member of the Professional Advisory Board of the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO) in 2020, working as part of an international team of behavior analysts to help define educational, professional, and ethical standards for behavior analysts around the world. Since 2021, she has headed the IBAO’s translation committee, coordinating with behavior analysts translating from diverse language groups and from all corners of the globe, as well as personally translating documents into Portuguese. Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, Hilary opened a school supervising teachers who teach English as a Second Language with this science. In her free time, Hilary enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, and traveling when possible. Hilary has been a part of the Praise team since 2020.
Paula Toscano
Head of HR and Billing
Paula Toscano has been a pivotal part of Praise Behavior Services since 2021, serving as the Head of HR and Billing. With a strong foundation in psychology, Paula’s journey began in Brazil, where she earned her psychology degree and license. Her early experiences working with children and families in Brazil fueled her passion for behavior analysis and intervention.
In pursuit of both personal and professional growth, Paula relocated to the United States to be closer to her husband and family. Embracing new challenges, she expanded her expertise by taking graduate courses in psychology and management, which laid the groundwork for her diverse career in the US. Paula has held roles as a Behaviorist Therapist and MFT Trainee, where she honed her skills in supporting individuals with behavioral needs.
Outside of her professional life, Paula is a devoted mother to a wonderful 4-year-old. She expertly balances her career with the joys and challenges of motherhood. Paula is passionate about leading a healthy and active lifestyle, often spending her free time outdoors, embracing nature, and finding balance between work, family, and personal well-being.
